More Coffee Co. is a community-owned coffee shop tucked away in the heart of Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. Our aim is simple: to bring our guests the best coffee and food we possibly can, and provide a space in which anyone might find a home. We pride ourselves in serving exceptional coffee, sourced directly from Limini Coffee in Yorkshire, who roast the green beans to an exact profile. Our coffee is ground fresh for every single cup, even the decaf!
Our Services
At More Coffee Co., we offer a wide range of services to cater to all your coffee and food needs. Our menu boasts an impressive selection of freshly prepared food, using local ingredients and supporting local businesses where possible. We have a good range of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available to ensure that everyone can enjoy our delicious food. Our homemade cakes, baked fresh in our kitchen, are a highlight of our menu and we always try to have vegan and gluten-free options available.
We also provide a comfortable and welcoming space for our customers, complete with free WiFi, baby changing facilities, and outdoor seating in our courtyard garden. We are breast feeding friendly and welcome dogs in our courtyard garden. While we do not have an accessible toilet, we do have step-free access to the courtyard via Church Street.
Our Coffee
Our coffee is at the heart of what we do. We source our green beans directly from Limini Coffee, who roast them to an exact profile. We believe in blind cupping, which means we focus purely on the quality in the cup, without knowing the origin or price of the coffee. This ensures that we only select the highest quality coffee for our customers. We profile roast our coffee to find the very best way to roast each particular coffee, and maintain the profile by tasting and cupping the coffees regularly.
Our Online Store
Visit our online store to buy bags of our coffee - beans or ground - as well as coffee equipment and gift vouchers. We sell our house blend beans in bags of 250g and 1kg, as well as our chemical-free decaf. If you need your coffee ground, we can add your request to our weekly order from Limini, where they will grind it for us.
