Personalised Coaching
As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Rachel has dedicated her career to helping women achieve their health and fitness goals. Her unique and integrative coaching method combines fitness training, nutrition coaching, and behavioural change techniques to ensure lasting results. With patience and compassion, Rachel encourages and supports her clients as they work towards their goals at their own pace.
One-to-One Training
At the Onelife Studio in Little Shelford, Cambridgeshire, Rachel offers one-to-one personal training sessions. This intimate setting allows for a tailored approach to meet each client's individual needs. Alternatively, for those further afield or preferring the convenience of online training, Rachel also offers one-to-one personal training online via Zoom.
Small Group Classes
Throughout the summer months, Rachel hosts gentle outdoor evening classes to help clients relax at the end of a busy day. These classes focus on moving mindfully while improving flexibility and building strength. With a maximum group size of six, Rachel can provide individual support and tailoring to each client's needs.
Online Course
Rachel's passion for busting myths and removing overwhelm is evident in her own strength training program, OWN IT in the Gym. This go-at-your-own-pace course breaks down barriers, removes the guesswork, and empowers women to take control of their training. With a comprehensive guide to writing workout plans, learning exercises safely, and supporting training with the right nutrition and recovery, clients have everything they need to step confidently into the gym.
