McNulty and Sons

Established in 2007, McNulty and Sons is a family-run roofing business headquartered in Darlington. Our team combines decades of industry experience, with staff trained through extensive work since the 1990s, ensuring technical proficiency and reliability. We specialise in comprehensive roofing solutions, including new installations, repairs, and maintenance, backed by a 25-year guarantee on all new roofs. Our reputation for quality workmanship and customer-centric service has been built through consistent delivery of value-for-money projects across the North East of England. We prioritise transparent communication, offering free consultations and detailed advice to guide clients through their roofing needs. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond the job itself, with post-completion services such as neighbour notifications and window cleaning demonstrating our dedication to customer satisfaction.

Over the years, we have cultivated strong relationships with local clients, supported by positive testimonials highlighting our professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. As a community-focused business, we actively engage in local initiatives, including sponsorship of Darlington Spraire Lads FC. Our technical expertise covers diverse roofing materials and systems, including dry ridge installations that eliminate long-term mortar maintenance. Every project, regardless of scale, is executed with the same rigorous standards, ensuring durability and client confidence. This combination of experience, guarantees, and service ethos positions us as trusted partners for residential and commercial roofing requirements.
