Noise and Disruption
The first reviewer, Ty Bolt, rated the company with one star and described their experience as unprofessional and rude. They witnessed the company's employees arriving before 07:30, making excessive noise, and disrespecting the residential area. When confronted, the employees found the situation amusing and were overheard being rude to a neighbor who had complained.
Dangerous Driving
Daniel Booler, another reviewer, also gave the company a one-star rating. He shared an alarming experience involving one of the company's van drivers who attempted to ram him off the A38 at 5am. The driver was tailgating in wet conditions and tried to force Booler off the road when he moved to the left lane. The driver then undertook another vehicle, causing them to brake hard near a roundabout. Booler expressed concern about the driver's behavior and questioned their license and use of a company vehicle.
