FBB Architects Ltd is a distinguished RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice with a rich history, having been established since 1958. Over the years, we have cultivated extensive experience in both design and construction, with a diverse portfolio that spans a wide range of building typologies and projects of varying scales. Our mission is to deliver a personal and professional service, infusing creativity, passion, and experience into every project we undertake from inception to completion.

Our Team

The Practice is led by Barry Fletcher, who boasts an impressive background in design and construction across a broad spectrum of building types. Barry is our Managing Director and Principal, providing the vision and impetus for the future success of our practice. He specialises in devising functional residential schemes of all sizes, while also possessing extensive commercial and industrial experience. Committed to staying abreast of modern technology, Barry ensures that the practice remains at the forefront of innovative design services.

Anita Nice has been an integral part of FBB Architects Ltd since 2002. As a Principal Architect, Anita actively contributes to managing the Practice and developing and finalising schemes at pre-planning, planning, and detailed design stages. She leads the team on both residential and commercial projects, with expertise in creating CGI's and animations, drawings, illustrations, Design Access Statements, and managing planning and building regs submissions. Anita also supports other staff members on CAD-related issues, external works strategy, and detailing.

Our Studio Team consists of qualified Architectural Technologists, Architectural Assistants, Technicians, and administration staff, all of whom possess extensive experience in private residential, developer-led residential, and commercial projects of all sizes.
