Both venues combine architectural heritage with modern comforts, accommodating 30-200 guests with dedicated event management and audio-visual equipment. Event Coordination
Benefit from our experienced team's end-to-end wedding management. From initial planning to day-of coordination, our specialists handle logistics, supplier coordination, and timeline execution. With 30 years' experience managing over 300 weddings annually, we ensure smooth operations while maintaining personal attention to detail and client preferences.
Accommodation
Book 90+ guest beds across The Tythe House, cottages, and B & B rooms. The Tythe House sleeps 16 in eight en-suite bedrooms, while cottages offer self-catering options. All properties feature period details with modern amenities, located within 10 minutes' walk of the venue, providing convenience for pre-wedding preparations and post-event relaxation.
Catering Services
Choose from four approved caterers offering bespoke menus using local ingredients. Options range from formal three-course meals to casual evening street food. Our bar team provides tailored drinks packages with draught beers, wines, and spirits. Clients can arrange menu tastings and discuss dietary requirements with selected caterers.
Conference Hire
Utilise our adaptable event spaces for business conferences and meetings. The main barn divides into four areas with capacity for 150 theatre-style, while the Orangery offers daylight-lit space for smaller groups. All bookings include AV equipment, Wi-Fi, and delegate packages with catering options available.

We offer five packages: Intimate Wedding (30-50 guests), Mid-Week Wedding (50 guests), Early Mid-Week Wedding (50 guests), Winter Wedding (60 guests), and standard Barn Hire starting at £3,360.
Is accommodation available on-site?
Yes, we provide accommodation for up to 90 guests across 10 self-catering cottages, 12 B & B rooms, and The Tythe House which sleeps 16 in eight en-suite bedrooms.
Can we choose our own caterer?
Clients must select from our four approved caterers who understand our venue requirements and can provide both day and evening meals with menu tasting options.
What sustainability initiatives do you have?
Our 2025 upgrades include air source heat pumps, thermal efficiency improvements, and a green roof. We use recycled materials, source locally, and will install solar panels in 2026 to reduce our carbon footprint.
How accessible is the venue?
The Great Tythe Barn has step-free access (excluding galleries) with accessible bathrooms. Grounds contain uneven surfaces and livestock areas requiring careful navigation.
