Poor Experience with Dental Office
Both reviewers had a terrible experience with the dental office, citing unprofessional behavior and subpar care.
Lack of Proper Diagnosis and Treatment
Xiaomin W. had a failed filling done by Dr. Erin Heneghan, which led to further damage to their tooth structure without their consent. This resulted in misalignment of their jaw and ongoing symptoms of TMD, including jaw pain, joint pain, and ear pain.
Unacceptable Customer Service
Philis H. had a poor experience with the dental office's customer service. They were taken in an hour late for a regular check-up, and when they requested to reschedule, they were told not to return. They felt that they should have been consulted about seeing a different dentist and were not treated with respect.
