Our Story

Since our inception in 1998, we have gained vast experience in the Civil Engineering divisions of the industry. We have consistently delivered works on time, on budget, and above all, safely. Over the years, we have grown in tandem with the industry's increasing demands for safety and qualification levels. Our long-standing partnership with Western Power Distribution (WPD) is a testament to our commitment to excellence, having delivered numerous major and small works projects without incident.

Our Commitment to Safety

At R M Builders Contracting Services Ltd., we thrive on our reputation for safety, following the 'Golden Rule' - if you're not sure, STOP! And ask. This mantra has served us well, with a remarkable achievement of zero incidents or cable strikes over the years. Our team leaders are trained, approved, and annually CBT checked for their LOAR, while our trainee staff are encouraged to reach the same level with the inclusion of a CSCS card accreditation. Our plant operators are CITB authorised, and all our craftsmen are either City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 approved in their trade.

Accreditations and Certifications

We take pride in our Achilles Accreditation, achieving a remarkable 98% onsite score and 97% office score for 2017/18. Our management staff holds certifications to SSMTS City and Guilds level, and we are currently refreshing our IOSH training for site managers.
