The in-house butchery provides carefully sourced local meats with expert preparation. Customers can select from succulent cuts for roasts, pre-prepared easy-cook options, sausages, burgers, and marinated kebab sticks. Our butchers offer specialist advice and maintain high standards of meat quality and customer service.
Deli & Cheese Room
The deli features a walk-in cheese room with international and local cheeses, cured meats, olives, and antipasti. Ready-made snacks like sausage rolls and pork pies are available for takeaway. Staff provide tasting advice and pairing suggestions for cheese selections with wines and preserves.

Serving seven days a week, our kitchen offers breakfast until noon, hot lunch specials 12-3pm, and afternoon teas. The menu features dishes made from homegrown and locally sourced ingredients, including seasonal produce from our fields. MorBeans coffees and homemade desserts complement the daily offerings.
