Several customers have praised Roundwood's customer service for its prompt response and resolution to issues. Helpful Harry, John Coventry, and Anne Maxwell-Jackson all had issues with damaged products, but received replacements quickly and without hassle. Anne Maxwell-Jackson even received a replacement trough immediately after reporting a crack.
Product Quality
While some customers have been pleased with the quality of their products, others have had issues. Paul Heathcote was disappointed with the quality of his Balau decking, citing rough surfaces and sharp shards on some boards. Jose Miguel Bataller was also unhappy with the quality of his Polystone planters, which broke quickly, and was further frustrated with the returns process.
Ordering and Delivery
