Our Story
Robin and Shirley, the owners of the Trading Post & Cafe, have been running the business for over 31 years. During that time, the cafe has undergone several transformations, including changes to its look, name, and menu. However, one thing has remained constant - the couple's passion for providing high-quality food and exceptional customer service. In 2018, the cafe was re-launched with a fresh, colourful, and on-trend vegetarian and vegan menu, which has been a huge success.
Our Food
Our menu is carefully crafted to cater to a variety of tastes and dietary requirements. From hearty breakfasts to inventive salads, classic lunch dishes with a twist, and scrumptious gluten-free cakes, there's something for everyone. Our bread is sourced from Evershot bakery, and our vegan options are carefully prepared to ensure they're just as delicious as their non-vegan counterparts. We're open Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30am to 2:30pm, and we also offer takeaway services for those in a hurry.
