Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our professional carpet cleaning service utilises hot water extraction and low-moisture techniques to deep clean carpets while preserving fibres. We employ Airflex 400LX machines with adjustable temperature and pressure settings for optimal results on wool, synthetic, and delicate carpets. The process removes embedded dirt, allergens, and stains while maintaining fabric integrity. Our technicians complete most domestic jobs within 20-40 minutes per room, with drying times typically under 90 minutes. We offer optional stain guard protection to prolong cleanliness and resist future soiling.
Upholstery Cleaning
Specialist upholstery cleaning for sofas, chairs, and other soft furnishings using VLM and hot water extraction methods. Our technicians test fabric types before cleaning to determine the safest approach, employing Prochem eco-friendly solutions for delicate materials like viscose and silk. The process removes ingrained dirt, food stains, and body oils while preserving fabric texture. We use protective tape and sliders to prevent rust marks and furniture damage, completing most jobs within 45-90 minutes depending on size and condition.
Curtain Cleaning
In-situ curtain cleaning using dry solvent methods that preserve fabric shape and texture. Our technicians clean curtains while hanging to avoid distortion, employing PH-neutral spotters for stain removal. The process eliminates dust mites, allergens, and cooking grease without water exposure. We protect flooring and furniture during treatment, with drying times typically under 60 minutes. This service maintains pelmet integrity and avoids the rigidity associated with traditional dry-cleaning methods.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Tailored commercial carpet cleaning for offices, hotels, and care homes using encapsulation and low-noise equipment. Our technicians work outside business hours to minimise disruption, offering monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance contracts. We provide COSHH documentation, risk assessments, and insurance certificates upon request. The service includes communal area cleaning and stain removal for high-traffic zones, with rapid drying times enabling immediate resumption of business operations.
Pet Stain Removal
Specialist pet stain and odour removal using enzyme-based treatments that break down urine salts at a molecular level. Our technicians employ moisture meters and UV torches to identify affected areas, followed by deep extraction using water claws. The process includes anti-wicking treatments to prevent re-emergence of stains. We protect surrounding areas during treatment and complete most jobs within 60-90 minutes, with optional stain guard application for ongoing protection.
