FG's innovative spirit led to the invention and patent of the "limpet washer, " a flexible washer that adapted to the corrugated shape and effectively sealed the bolt holes. This invention paved the way for the establishment of F G Price & Company in 1906 as Merchants and Agents in Glasgow.
