Our Services

Founded over 30 years ago, we are owner-managers of over 1000 bed spaces, with two offices in the heart of the university area, Newland Avenue and Cottingham Road. Our experienced faculty and friendly team, along with our 24/7 call-out service, ensure that you receive the best possible support during your stay with us.

We offer a range of services, including:

• Student Lettings: 1-32 bedroom student homes, all within a 10-minute walk or less to Hull University.
• Group Lettings: We can let multiple houses next to or near each other for large groups.
• Rooms in Shared Houses: We pair up individuals to create a 4 or 6-bedroom house, taking into account demographics such as university years and courses.
• Postgraduate Houses: We offer a specialized service for postgraduates, pairing them up with like-minded individuals.
• One-Semester Only Rooms or Houses: We cater to students who require one-semester accommodation, either as individuals or as part of a larger group.
• Placement Year Houses in Hull: We offer specialized accommodation for placement year students, allowing them to meet and view properties on designated weekends.
• Contractor Housing: We specialize in housing for contractors from out of town, providing self-catering and extra services.

Utilities and Extras

At Unicom, we go that extra mile beyond just being a landlord. We offer bills-inclusive packages, including gas, electricity, water, and broadband, as well as additional extras such as plasma TVs, TV licenses, interior design packages, BBQ packs, and party packs.
