Customer Feedback on Claremont Interiors Kitchen Fittings
Negative Feedback
Claremont Interiors has faced criticism from two customers, Roger Akehurst and Peter Hanson, regarding their kitchen fitting services. Roger Akehurst had a particularly distressing experience, stating that the company is "completely dishonorable." He had entrusted Bianca, the co-owner, with designing and overseeing the installation of a kitchen for his disabled wife while he was away. However, upon returning, he found that the completed work was a disaster, including units with the fridge door upside down, loose light fittings, and poorly laid ceramic flooring that was deemed a trip hazard by professionals. Despite acknowledging the faults and making promises to rectify them, nothing has been done to this date, devaluing the property.
Peter Hanson also had issues with the service, stating that while the units were made and fitted to a high standard, the fitter was unpredictable and failed to turn up as promised. He also felt that he was not valued as a customer, as his payments were not acknowledged or thanked.
Positive Feedback
Despite the negative feedback, Peter Hanson did mention that he was pleased with his new kitchen and the high standard of the units. However, this positive feedback is largely overshadowed by the negative experiences shared by the customers.
