Smith Bros Timber is one of Suffolk's leading suppliers of timber, plywood, MDF, fencing, and decking. With over 100,000 square feet of storage and over 5000 cubic metres of timber, we are ideally situated near the A12 to supply both trade and retail customers in Norfolk and Suffolk. Our deliveries primarily focus on the Lowestoft, Gt Yarmouth, Norwich, and Beccles areas, although we are happy to assist customers outside of these areas with collection arrangements.

Our business has grown from humble beginnings as a hardware and timber store to the large operation it is today. We pride ourselves on our friendly, knowledgeable staff, who are always on hand to help and offer expert advice. Our Oulton Broad branch is open seven days a week and offers a wide range of tools, equipment, and accessories at competitive prices, as well as cutting timber and sheet materials to size on-site.

At Smith Bros Timber, we offer a vast range of services and products to our customers. Our product range includes:

• Timber: We supply a variety of timber, including hardwoods, graded timber, and tanalised timber. Our timber is available in various sizes and can be cut to size on-site at our Oulton Broad branch.
• Roofing Battens: We supply roofing battens in various sizes to suit all your roofing needs.
• PSE SAWN Sheet Materials: Our PSE sawn sheet materials include plywood, MDF, plasterboard, OSB and chipboard, hardboard, and plasboard.
• Insulation: We offer various insulation materials, including foam board, polystyrene, and mineral wool.
• Fencing: We are one of the area's leading suppliers of fencing materials, including fence panels, fence posts, concrete fence components, and matching shiplap.
• Garden Products: Our garden products include Swedish redwood decking, gates, sleepers, shed and summerhouses, mouldings, architrave, dado rails, decorative mouldings, door mouldings, fence mouldings, handrails, skirting, timber cladding, and windowboards.

In addition to our product range, we offer sawmill services and building materials. Our experienced team can provide expert advice and assistance on all aspects of building and construction projects.

Deliveries

At Smith Bros Timber, we offer delivery services to our local area, including Lowestoft, Gt Yarmouth, Norwich, Beccles, and surrounding areas. Our delivery schedule is as follows:

• Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth: Deliveries run five days a week, Monday to Friday.
• Beccles: Deliveries run on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Southwold: Deliveries run on Wednesdays.
• Norwich and surrounding area: Deliveries run as required, usually two days a week.

While we welcome enquiries from outside our local area, we regret that we can only offer a delivery service in East Norfolk and East Suffolk. For customers outside these areas, collection of materials can be arranged.
