Ray Clark, Senior Estimator

The original founder of RAC Painting and Decorating, Ray has nearly 40 years of experience in all aspects of painting and decorating, specialising in vinyl and paper hanging. With his extensive expertise, Ray now serves as the senior estimator for all projects.

Ray joined his father in the painting and decorating trade upon leaving school and has honed his craft over the past decade. Ray's particular strength is his dedication to precision and detail, especially on the finishing touches. He is largely responsible for organising and managing projects.

Victoria Thomason, Sales and Marketing Manager

After years of engaging in digital marketing for various agencies, small businesses, and large multinational companies, Victoria joined the family business in 2017 to become the sales and marketing manager. Working with her family is a refreshing change from the boardroom environment she's used to.

Angela Clark, Accounts Manager

Behind every great man, there is a great woman. Angela has been a part of RAC Painting and Decorating since the beginning. She is responsible for the bookkeeping, accounts, and payroll. Angela is proud of what RAC Painting and Decorating has become over the past 40 years and is delighted that her son and daughter have joined the family business.
