At Rosebank Caravan Park, we pride ourselves on being a small, family-run holiday caravan park located in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the Eastern coast of the Ards Peninsula between Millisle and Ballywalter. For over 80 years, the Hopes family has been running the park alongside their farm business, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Our Park
Our caravan park is situated in an idyllic rural coastal setting on a level site, offering direct access to a sandy beach with stunning views to Scotland. The park is perfect for all types of water sports, including kayaking, water skiing, and swimming. In addition to our static caravan pitches, we also offer a range of amenities, including a football pitch, children's play park, toilet and washroom facilities, CCTV, and Wi-Fi.

New Developments
We're always looking for ways to improve and expand our services. In 2014, we introduced 14 new serviced pitches with piped gas, hard standing for cars, and extra wide spacing for each pitch. We've also extended our holiday season, allowing our guests to make the most of their time with us.
