Practitioners use frame drums to channel universal life force energy, helping clients access altered states of consciousness for self-discovery. Scientific research supports its effectiveness in reducing stress and promoting neuroplasticity through entrainment of brainwave patterns.

Participants engage in structured sonic rituals designed to facilitate energetic shifts and spiritual awakening. Retreats include vegetarian cuisine and accommodation in a high-vibrational Lincolnshire countryside setting.
