• 5 stars: I looked into composite doors and decided I preferred Endurance over Rockdoor and GRP type doors. Although it does sound like all composite doors offer good security and quality from what I have read. Picked Custom uPVC as they are recommended Endurance fitters. The fitter (forgot his name) and the shop staff (Danny) were both spot on, fitted very professionally, would highly recommend Custom uPVC.
• 5 stars: I got 2 quotes for my new windows and doors: one from a local company whose work could be seen on neighbouring houses and the other from CustomUPVC near my office. The quote was much more professional and, even though the lead time was more than a month longer, we asked Custom to do the work. I'm very pleased that we did. High quality materials and very good workmanship. We have the best windows in our close.
• 5 stars: Custom UPVC have just fitted my new windows and doors for the whole house. It was not an easy job, as they were replacing original sash windows which had to be carved out of the original frames. The new windows are stunning and fitted to perfection. The composite front door is equally beautiful, with Victorian style stained glass. Me and my family have used custom for many jobs before - we wouldn't go anywhere else. Many thanks Custom.

Revised rating down as awaiting a revisit for 2 months. Revised rating again up, as call from office explained the staff shortage had been filled. Revisits for repairs will be quicker

• 3 stars: Initially they were very helpful in the design of our conservatory and the construction is sound.however we have a problem with hundreds of dead flies under the glass over the helmet. After sales is very poor and contacting Ian is impossible.
