Delivery Issues and Customer Service
- Christian Harvey (1 star): Avoid at all costs. Unable to get hold of them for a faulty product. No phone numbers and no responses to emails.
- James Devlin (1 star): Ordered a bunk bed via Groupon. Only 3 packages arrived when they should have been 4. Delivery company have accepted responsibility in losing the 4th package but unable to speak directly with this company as to get another package sent out. Rang and emailed numerous times without any response. Absolutely shocking, would never use this company again.
- George Gladwin (1 star): If I could leave less I would as it has been a week since my order was due to arrive, I emailed to ask what was going on as I understand what is going on right now however have not got a reply. My order was supposed to be here on the 8th and it is now the 16th. Never going with this company again as they just do not care about their customers whatsoever enough to give them a reply.
Product Quality Issues
- Lana Kaziro (1 star): Very poor quality. My child hurt himself after the slats fell through after 2 days of having a triple bunk bed! They didn't seem to care and resisted my efforts to get refunded! Don't do it to yourself!
- Patrice Lawrence (1 star): I purchased several items in June 2018 including two sofas. The material on the sofas is cracking and is of very poor quality. I have contacted the retailer who have refused to help because I no longer have my receipt. I paid using credit card and have produced the relevant statement and can recall from memory the breakdown of the costs of the items purchased and confirmed this in email correspondence. Despite this and the fact that the items were delivered to my address they have refused to assist me. Apparently they do not keep track of their stock and or deliveries :-
- Claire K. (1 star): Bought a bed via Amazon from this company. The absolute worst decision I've ever made. The bed in question is the Caren Fabric Upholstered Bed. Drawer instructions were incorrect, slats fall through the bed nearly every day, delivery wasn't as stated. I just wouldn't even bother with the company. Had to buy a new bed after 2 weeks of attempting to sleep on this one.
Customer Experience
- Mama Orangez (1 star): Very unprofessional company that I will never attempt to purchase from again. Having bought a Wowcher for a bed I received an email confirming a delivery date. I'm self employed and rearranged my schedule to wait for delivery. A few hours later I received a second email with a new delivery date, so I spent the next few hours rearranging my workload again.

- Badrul Alam (5 stars): Very good mattress (farm support). Very good for my back & good for my children they can jump a lots. I bought in 2015, still I m using it. My in laws they bought two more mattresses as well they liked too. Very good price, better than DREAM BED shop. Keep doing excellent job. Best off luck.
