Re-Gain (Cornwall) C.I.C. is a community interest company dedicated to providing essential listening, support, and empowerment to individuals facing emotional health challenges in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Since 2009, we have been proudly serving the community, guided by the voices and needs of those we support.

Our Mission

Our primary aim is to enhance the lives of those affected by emotional distress through:

• Providing a safe and welcoming space for open conversation and emotional support.
• Empowering individuals through personal growth, skill-building, and peer-support networks.
• Collaborating with mental health professionals and other community organizations to strengthen local resources and services.

Services Offered

1. The Sanctuary Project

• Offering a temporary safe haven for individuals in crisis, providing a calming and supportive environment to stabilize and rebuild their lives.

2. Empowerment and Support Groups

• Facilitating peer-led support groups focused on various mental health challenges, offering a sense of belonging and encouragement.

3. Community Outreach

• Organizing workshops, awareness talks, and community events to foster open conversations and reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness.

4. Support & Advocacy

• Offering individual support and advocacy services to navigate the mental health system, accessing benefits, and navigating challenges.

5. Creative & Therapeutic Programs

• Providing opportunities for therapeutic arts and crafts, reflexology, massage, and other complementary therapies to promote self-care and healing.
