Our team consists of highly qualified and experienced professionals who are committed to providing customers with the best hair service in a relaxed and friendly environment. At Hair by Phillip, we believe in grooming talent from within. Our apprentices receive regular training once a week, and Gemma is one of the trainers and assessors. We also work closely with Goldwell, our colour house, holding in-salon and off-site training sessions to ensure our colour knowledge is up-to-date and of the highest standard.
Our dedication to training and continuous improvement has earned us many awards over the years, including being part of the World Championship Hair squad in a training and competitor capacity. We are proud to have two certified Goldwell Colour Experts on our team, who ensure our colour services are the best in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

We offer wedding hair packages for brides, bridesmaids, and mothers of the bride and groom. We also offer blow-drying services for all occasions and keratin blow dry treatments that restore your hair's natural shine and smoothness.
Our prom and party hair services include updos and styling that make you stand out on your special day. We offer perming services that add volume and texture to your hair, allowing you to achieve different hairstyles. Our hair colouring services include standard and customised colours, colour corrections, and balayage. We also offer hair extensions that add length and volume to your hair.
In addition to our services, we offer Bondpro+, a two-step hair protection and nourishment treatment that protects and strengthens your hair during your colour service. Our mobile app allows you to book and amend appointments, view previous appointments, browse through our extensive service menu, meet the team, and sign up for our new loyalty scheme.
