Our Story
Reencon Development Services, a reputable name in the Measurement and Management sector of the Construction & Renewable Energy industries, has been providing top-notch services for over 20 years. Based in Newcastle, Co Down, BT33 0AL, we have completed a wide range of projects, from small single dwellings to multi-million pound government infrastructure projects, in both the North and South of Ireland. Our Senior Surveyor, with over 30 years of experience in Construction and Surveying, is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, the Royal Chartered Institute of Surveyors UK, and we are registered with Achilles UVDB & Constructionline.
Site Based Services
At Reencon, we offer a comprehensive range of site-based services, including Topographical Surveys, Renewable Energy Surveys, Site Engineers / Setting Out, Underground Utility Mapping, Movement Monitoring, and Photographic & Video Surveys. Our Topographical Surveys provide accurate, 2D and 3D up-to-date plans, allowing us to plot contours and link the survey to the O.S. National Grid if required. We also provide Digital data as DXF or DWG files, Witness diagrams, and station descriptions. Our Renewable Energy Surveys are specifically designed for wind turbine projects, hydro generation projects, and solar farms, providing plans of the site for analysis, planning, logistics, and construction setting out. Our Site Engineers / Setting Out services are available for Contractors and Developers, from office blocks, new bridges, to single house projects.
Our Underground Utility Mapping services provide a 2D AutoCAD model of Underground Services and Obstructions, 3D AutoCAD models of Topographical Surveys, and CCTV Images. We also provide Utility Detection Survey Reports on-site if required that day, and EML and Genny cable scanning. Our Movement Monitoring services provide Photographic and Video Surveys, an independent record of existing site conditions, and reports of any movement or cracking at agreed intervals.
CAD Based Services
At Reencon, we offer a range of CAD-based services, including Digital Terrain Modelling (DTMs) and Boundary Disputes. Our DTMs are created by surveying the site levels and creating a digital model of the land surface for excavation volumes or building development design purposes. We can do this from old drawings or by collecting levels on site using GPS or robotic total stations. Our Boundary Disputes services provide detailed and accurate plans of the site, ensuring that any disputes are resolved quickly and efficiently.
