Disappointing Experiences with Damaged Deliveries and Poor Customer Service
Damaged Deliveries and Unresponsive Customer Service
Reviews reveal a pattern of damaged deliveries, unresponsive customer service, and a lack of accountability. Jeremy Smith, Dale Hatton, and Erdal Mehmet all experienced damaged or missing items, and when they tried to address the issues, they were met with unhelpful customer service.
Unreliable Delivery and Unresponsive Staff
Jeremy Smith, who has had to delay his own work due to damaged deliveries, expressed frustration with the courier service and the lack of assistance from the sales staff, particularly Keiran. Dale Hatton, who experienced similar issues, was unhappy with the way Keiran took his money but didn't help resolve the problem.
Unprofessional Behavior and GDPR Breach
Dale Hatton also reported that the sales staff breached GDPR illegally, and when he escalated the issue, the director confirmed the breach. Erdal Mehmet, who never received a confirmation email for his online order, was given the runaround by the customer service team, with promises of callbacks that never materialized.
A Positive Experience
In contrast, Mark Webbo had a positive experience, finding a great place to shop and intending to return for more supplies.
