Positive Experience
The reviewers, Lynn Watson and Lily Marie, both had an excellent experience with AWF Restorations. They praised the company's communication, professionalism, and quality of work. The restorations of an old apothecary style cabinet and a grandfather clock, respectively, were done to a high standard, and the customers were extremely satisfied with the results.

Negative Experience
Gary Light, on the other hand, had a disappointing experience with AWF Restorations. Although the clock workings were restored to a high standard, the retailers' name and address were rubbed off the clock face during the restoration process, which was part of the clock's history and character. The customer was also left to sort out their own winding key, which was promised to be taken care of initially. The after-service was non-existent, with no response to their inquiry for over six weeks. The customer was very disappointed, considering the high cost of the service.
