The customer had a positive experience with the company. The office staff were helpful and provided good customer service. The driver was also very helpful and cleaned up any spillage before leaving.
Product and Service
The customer needed a specific amount of concrete, which was 0.8 cubic metres, for a shed base. The office staff agreed to order this amount, but the customer had to pay for 1 cubic metre, which was acceptable. The concrete was delivered on time, and the driver helped the customer's son barrow the concrete to the back garden.
