Our Heritage
Ian Eves, having grown up surrounded by the antiques trade, began his specialist career in Bond Street, London, at the age of seventeen. After serving his apprenticeship and gaining a solid grounding in London, Ian's refined eye, commitment, and expertise were recognised, and he was lured north to the Midlands to help establish a new jewellery business. In 1990, Ian purchased Howards of Stratford, from the founder Dr Howard, and has since maintained the shop's traditional appearance and principles.
