Our property is home to a vast collection of original artworks, with paintings and sculptures adorning the front garden, the hallway, the staircase, the landings, and the holiday flats themselves. Take a short stroll through the park, and you will find yourselves in Criccieth centre, where an array of shops catering to most of your needs awaits you. For a wider variety of supermarkets, Porthmadog is just a short drive away, less than 5 miles from our location.
As proprietors, we take great pride in living on the premises and being available to help our guests wherever possible. We aim to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. Our resident, Keith, is even fluent in German, catering to our German-speaking clientele.
Fishing enthusiasts are encouraged to try their hand at sea fishing from the beach directly in front of Windsor Holiday Flats. For river fishing, day/weekly fishing permits are available for the river Dwyfor, which is under 2 miles away.

Our Services
We offer three self-catering holiday apartments/flats, each fully furnished and equipped to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
*Flat One, * located on the 1st floor, comfortably sleeps 4 people with an additional extra pull-out bed available at a one-off charge of 20. The en-suite kitchen comes complete with a fridge or mini fridge, a TV, and all necessary toiletries, including a toilet, shower, and free Wi-Fi.
*Flat Two, * situated on the 2nd floor, accommodates up to 3 people with an extra pull-out bed available. The en-suite kitchen features a fridge or mini fridge, TV, and essential amenities such as a toilet, shower, and free Wi-Fi.
*Flat Three, * resting on the 3rd floor, has room for 3 people with an extra pull-out bed. Like our other flats, it boasts a fully equipped en-suite kitchen, including a fridge or mini fridge, TV, and all necessary amenities, such as a toilet, shower, and free Wi-Fi.

During your stay with us, we highly recommend exploring the many attractions in and around Porthmadog. From the Ffestiniog Railway and Ffestiniog Slate Mines to the enchanting Portmeirion village, the stunning Black Rock Sands miles of sandy beaches, Criccieth Castle, and the numerous golf clubs and leisure centres in and around the area, there's no shortage of excitement to be had. For nature lovers, country walks and scenic views abound, ensuring a memorable experience for all our guests.
