Expertise and Equipment

At Precision Welding & Heat Treatment, we have invested heavily in our equipment and personnel. Our automated Hot-wire GTAW cladding stations are capable of depositing metallurgically bonded corrosion and wear-resistant alloys. We also offer manual overlay services for parts with complex geometries, reducing setup time and overall project costs. Our custom-built 40KW Thyristor controlled heat treatment furnace is calibrated to API6A @ 800°C, with internal dimensions of 1500mmW x 1100mmD x 1000mmH. Our furnace is controlled using Invensys Eurotherm, ensuring precise temperature control and optimal results.
