Delivery and Customer Service
Many customers have praised Garden Machinery Direct (GMD) for their prompt delivery and excellent customer service. Marc Byers, a satisfied customer, ordered a lawn mower and received a prompt response to his email queries. Jack Dent also experienced good customer service when he reported an issue with his lawn mower, which was promptly resolved.
Order and Dispatch Issues
