We provide comprehensive MOT testing for motorcycles, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Our certified technicians use advanced diagnostic equipment to complete tests efficiently, typically within 30 minutes. Customers can wait while we perform the MOT or leave their bike for convenient collection later.
Engine Work
Our engine services range from routine maintenance to complete rebuilds for both road and off-road motorcycles. We handle four-stroke and two-stroke engines, including cylinder replating, crank rebuilds, and top-end overhauls. With decades of combined experience, our mechanics restore performance and reliability to all engine types.
MX and Enduro
We specialise in maintenance and repairs for off-road motorcycles, including valve adjustments, suspension work, and engine rebuilds. Our services cover both four-stroke and two-stroke machines, with tailored solutions for race preparation and endurance riding. Technical expertise ensures optimal performance for challenging terrain.
Vapour Blasting
Our vapour blasting service gently cleans motorcycle parts without abrasion, restoring original finishes. We handle engine cases, cylinder heads, and carburettors, with optional degreasing and paint removal. This eco-friendly process preserves component integrity while achieving showroom-quality results for various motorcycle parts.
Tyre Fitting
We offer professional tyre fitting for all motorcycle types, including road and off-road models. Customers can supply their own tyres or purchase from our selection. Our service includes wheel balancing, pressure checks, and disposal of old tyres, with pricing tailored to whether tyres are fitted on or off the bike.

With over 60 years combined experience, she combines technical expertise with racing heritage, including achievements at the Isle of Man TT. Her focus remains on quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Steve co-owns Two Wheel Workshop alongside Jenny, bringing extensive dealership experience since 2005. His technical skills cover all motorcycle makes and models, with specialist knowledge in engine rebuilds and diagnostics. Steve maintains the workshop's commitment to precision engineering and personalised service.

What motorcycle services do you offer?
We provide MOT testing, servicing, engine rebuilds, off-road maintenance, vapour blasting, tyre fitting, and race preparation for all motorcycle types.
How can I book an MOT test?
Book online via our calendar or call us on 0151 355 6600 during working hours. Appointments available Monday-Friday 9:30-5pm and Saturday mornings.
Do you service off-road motorcycles?
Yes, we specialise in MX and Enduro bike maintenance, including engine work, suspension upgrades, and race preparation for two-stroke and four-stroke machines.
Can you fit tyres I supply?
Yes, we fit customer-supplied tyres for £35 (on bike) or £15 (loose wheels), including balancing and disposal of old tyres.
What are your opening hours?
Monday-Friday 9:30am-4pm (closed 1-2pm lunch), Saturday by appointment 9:30am-1pm. Closed Sundays and during IOM TT races fortnight.
Do you offer engine rebuild services?
Yes, we perform complete engine rebuilds for road and off-road motorcycles, including cylinder replating, crank repairs, and top-end overhauls.
