The team's professionalism and efficiency in handling tree pruning tasks were appreciated by some, while others had unfortunate experiences involving property damage, lack of communication, and disregard for the environment.
Positive Feedback
Steve Freeman praised the team for their careful and professional handling of his apple tree pruning. Shafiul Azam also had a positive experience, commending the excellent standard of large tree felling and the efficient process. Christopher Brady appreciated the safety measures taken during a massive tree pruning operation.
Negative Feedback
Many customers were left dissatisfied due to various issues. DanBasildonBlue had a close call when an Ushers worker almost hit him while on his phone. Edward Scoble found a worker blocking access to a local Tesco, and Joshua Thornton witnessed a worker throwing rubbish out the window.
D. V. was appalled when an Ushers worker littered the street and drove off. Kane Pearce had a disappointing experience when offered a trial position, only to have it revoked a day before starting. Sarah Byer's home was left without internet and landline after an Ushers worker cut down a tree, ripping out telephone wires. Cl Cl had a terrible experience with garden destruction and an unresponsive head office.
April Bracher was upset to discover that Ushers had been cutting down trees during breeding season for birds, which is illegal. She advised against using their services unless one wants their company to be non-compliant.
