Overwhelming Positive Experience
In total, four out of the five reviews at Style 2000 salon have been overwhelmingly positive. Customers have praised the staff, particularly Katie and Karen, for their helpful and knowledgeable service. One customer mentioned that the salon came to their rescue when their hairdresser cancelled at the last minute, and they were left with a hairdo that exceeded their expectations. The salon's atmosphere and staff have also been commended for creating a lovely and pampering experience for customers.
A Disappointing and Frustrating Experience
On the other hand, one customer had a very poor experience at Style 2000. They reported feeling like an afterthought during their visit, with the stylist quoted a different price than what was eventually charged. The customer also felt guilty for being used as a "guinea pig" by a new staff member, who wasn't as quick as their predecessor and seemed to be overcharging.
