Our Mission

We are committed to providing a curriculum that is ambitious, broad, and balanced and that enables our pupils to develop their knowledge, skills, and understanding across a wide range of subjects.
We are also committed to promoting the social, emotional, and physical development of our pupils, and we provide numerous opportunities for our pupils to develop their confidence, resilience, and independence.
Governors
Our school is governed by a dedicated team of volunteers who are committed to ensuring that our school provides the best possible education for our pupils. Our governors come from a wide range of backgrounds, and they bring a wealth of skills, knowledge, and experience to our school.

Ofsted Report & DfE Data
Our most recent Ofsted report, published in May 2022, highlights the many strengths of our school. The report states that "leaders and teachers have designed an ambitious curriculum that pupils enjoy learning, " and that "pupils enjoy taking part in the wide range of extra-curricular activities on offer." The report also notes that "leaders make the well-being of staff and pupils a high priority, " and that "teachers feel valued and supported by senior leaders."

SEND and Inclusion
At Childwall Valley, we are committed to providing an inclusive education that meets the needs of all our pupils, regardless of their abilities or backgrounds. We have a strong track record of supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities, and we provide a range of interventions and support to ensure that they are able to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Pupil Premium & Sports Premium
We are committed to ensuring that all our pupils have access to the resources and opportunities that they need to achieve their full potential. We receive additional funding through the pupil premium and sports premium grants, and we use this funding to provide a range of interventions and support that are designed to narrow the attainment gap between disadvantaged pupils and their peers.
Safeguarding
