Asbestos Surveys

We carry out two types of asbestos surveys: Management Surveys and Pre-Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys. Both surveys aim to establish whether any asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) are present in a building or structure.

The Management Survey is a non-destructive survey that involves surface level sampling. This survey is required by law to comply with statutory regulations and is conducted in accordance with HSG264. Its primary objective is to locate the presence of ACMs and to assess their condition, enabling a plan for their management to be developed.

Our Pre-Refurbishment Survey is a more intrusive inspection that includes sampling of any suspicious materials suspected of containing asbestos. These samples are sent away to a laboratory for analysis, and the results are used to determine the appropriate course of action for the removal or management of the identified ACMs.

Our asbestos removal services in Sussex cover various asbestos-containing products such as asbestos garages, asbestos roofs, asbestos tiles, and Artex ceilings.
