Service Quality and Installation
The overall sentiment towards the installation and service quality is mixed. On one hand, Leonard Burgess and Donald Healey had an excellent experience with the installation, praising the service and knowledge provided by the staff. Leonard mentioned that the fire supplied was better than expected, and Donald appreciated the exceptional service and timely completion of the job.
On the other hand, Ben Haile and Nicola Green had negative experiences with the installation. Ben was left with poor workmanship, including a misfitting hearth and a visible joint in the fireboard. Despite contacting the installer and the shop owner, the issues were not resolved. Nicola faced a similar issue with the installation not being registered with HETAS, and a leak in the flue that caused the wood burner to rust.
