At Orchard End Nursery, we understand the paramount importance of your children in your life. You are entrusting your most cherished treasures to us, and we take this responsibility very seriously. Since our inception in 1994, we have been the chosen nursery, pre-school, and holiday club care provider for many parents in Hinckley. As parents ourselves, we intimately understand what a child needs from a nursery - a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where they are treated as unique individuals with their own personalities, likes, and dislikes. Our aim is to create a 'home from home' environment where children can grow and thrive, preparing them for school and beyond. We are open 51 weeks of the year, maintain close communication with parents, and are always ready to answer any questions you may have.
About the Nursery
Our nursery is divided into three age-appropriate rooms:
Baby Room
Our baby room is thoughtfully designed over two units. The snuggle room offers a tranquil and soothing space for babies, filled with heuristic experiences and numerous opportunities for one-on-one interaction with their key caregiver. The activity room encourages exploration and new experiences, including messy play and stimulating activities tailored to your baby's needs. We foster close relationships with parents to support feeding, weaning, and your baby's emotional needs.
Toddler Room
Toddlers are always on the move! Our toddler room is managed by an enthusiastic and energetic team dedicated to meeting the children's needs. The room is structured into distinct learning zones, ensuring that your toddler's needs, development, and interests are catered to, whether they are painting in the messy area, dancing in the music area, or playing in the role-play area.
Preschool Room
Spanning two rooms, our preschool care helps your child develop into a confident and happy individual ready to tackle the challenges of school. We focus on developing social skills, emotional resilience, and a love for learning through play-based activities and a well-structured curriculum.
Summer Holiday Club
We also offer summer holiday and after-school care to school-age children up to eight years. Our holiday club provides a fun and engaging environment for children to relax, play, and learn during the school break.
