Massage Hands

Established by Stephen Oakley, a qualified therapist with a BSc Hons and membership in the National Association of Massage & Manipulative Therapists, Massage Hands delivers expert sports and remedial massage therapy across Manchester and surrounding areas. With over a decade of experience gained through rigorous training at the Northern Institute of Massage in Bury and hands-on practice in China, our approach combines deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, and rehabilitative exercises to address musculoskeletal issues. We specialise in treating circulation problems, post-surgical recovery, and sports injuries while prioritising patient comfort through tailored home visits and clinic appointments. Our methodology integrates detailed patient history assessments, visual diagnostics, and post-treatment rehabilitation advice to ensure lasting results.

Backed by testimonials from clients ranging from personal trainers to office workers, our practice focuses on transparency, ethical treatment, and measurable outcomes. We maintain strict professional standards through continuous learning and collaboration with healthcare professionals, ensuring every client receives evidence-based care. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our structured treatment process, which includes comprehensive consultations, targeted mobilisations, and personalised exercise programmes designed to accelerate recovery and prevent recurrence.
