JM Consultants is a local surveying firm that has been serving clients in Herts, Beds, Bucks, and North London for over three decades. Our principal, Anthony Lacey FRICS, is an independent Chartered Building Surveyor and a member of the Independent Surveyors Association. With over 30 years of experience, Anthony has helped numerous clients with building surveys, valuations, party wall issues, schedules of condition and dilapidation, homebuyers reports, and building disputes.

Anthony Lacey, FRICS, has a wealth of experience in the property industry, having grown up in Bournemouth and worked for the Greater London Council, Trust House Forte, private practice, and commercial development companies. With over 30 years of experience, he has developed a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of property law, construction, and management.
