Staff Performance
- Mel, the instructor, is highly praised for her patience and mentorship, particularly for beginners.
- Val, another instructor, is also appreciated for her patience and encouragement.
- Katie, who taught Valerie Neil, has a lot of confidence in her students and encourages them to push their limits.
However, not all staff members received positive feedback:
- Kate, who led the stable management course, was described as rude and impatient, which made the customer cancel her lessons.
- A manager (assuming she was) was not very welcoming and didn't take responsibility for a booking mistake, leading to a negative experience for one customer.
Facilities and Horses
