Our park is equipped with a range of modern facilities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We have an on-site laundry room, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and a convenience store, Dows, which is open from Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. We also have 24-hour surveillance and live on-site management, providing an added layer of security and assistance should you need it.
In addition to our on-site facilities, we are surrounded by a range of activities and attractions, including the popular Landmark theme park, The Osprey Centre, and the bustling village of Aviemore, which offers a range of shops, restaurants, and outdoor pursuits.
Holiday Homes and Lodges
We offer a selection of brand new, luxury park homes, lodges, and holiday chalets for sale, all of which are fully furnished and ready to move into. Our homes are spaciously designed, with each one having a dedicated parking bay, landscape garden, and individual decking. We also offer a range of customization options, allowing you to personalize your home to your own specifications.
Prices and Packages
Our prices are competitive and transparent, with site fees starting from just 2,600 per annum, payable in monthly instalments of 216.66. This fee includes all local rates, water, waste water, and maintenance of the grounds. The only additional expenses are for gas and electricity, which are charged at standard rates.
For those looking to rent out their holiday home, we offer a rental service, charging a 20% fee. Our holiday homes can generate up to 550 per week in the high season, making them a great investment opportunity.
