Poor Service and Treatment
Several reviewers have expressed their disappointment and frustration with the dentist's service and treatment. One reviewer, Natalie Lovell, gave a 1-star rating and described the practice as a "scam". She claimed that the dentists, except for Michael and Jill, are ignorant and always seem to be in a bad mood. The receptionist was found to be unsympathetic and rude.
