Our History
Whatley Recordon Solicitors was formed through the merger of three long-standing solicitors' practices established in 1930, 1960, and predating 1920. These practices brought together expertise and a deep understanding of our community, allowing us to offer a diverse range of legal services to our clients. Our Partners
Benedict Recordon, managing partner, brings a wealth of experience from his days at Osborne Clarke, one of Bristol's largest commercial practices. Benedict advises on business matters, including buying and selling businesses, commercial leases, employment issues, and agriculture and farms.
Martha Recordon, Martha has specialized expertise in family law and over 25 years' experience in this area. Martha is a member of the Children Panel under the Law Society's Accredited Scheme. She provides advice and legal representation to children, parents, grandparents, and other family members in both private and public law children's matters.
