Outdated Information and Poor Service
Reviews suggest that this company provides outdated information, leading to frustration and wasted time. The first reviewer, Mila Zarkov, found that the listing was incorrect and recommended searching for "Curr & Dewar" on Tom Johnstone Road instead. This lack of accuracy is compounded by poor service, as evident in the reviews of Anne Campbell and Anthony Camilleri. Anne experienced terrible service, with an estimated house clearance price being extortionate and the company not even examining collectibles. Anthony was shocked by the amateurish handling of the viewing schedule, which was only available on Monday, despite being advertised as available on Saturday and Sunday.
Unsatisfactory Conduct by Staff
Gary Mccallum's review highlights an unpleasant encounter with the staff. He was extremely rude and his experience was marred by arrogance. As a long-time customer, Gary was disappointed by the lack of fairness and courtesy he received. He had left bids in the latest auction but was told that it wasn't worth processing his lots because his bids were below the estimated price. Gary was left feeling unwelcome and has since deleted his account.
