Our Story
Cherished by locals and tourists alike, Dormy House has long been known for its hugely popular carvery, amazing views, and welcoming feel. In March 2018, after 35 years in the same family, the new owner took over Dormy House and plans to enhance the venue's already established reputation for a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere with his own expertise, gained in the restaurant and hospitality trades in both London and Norfolk. Our goal is to provide relaxed, friendly dining and accommodation, with food of the highest quality.

We also have exciting plans to extend the car park, build an orangery to really make the most of the views, and improve direct access from the hotel down to the beach itself - ideal for walkers and family days out.
