Disappointing Experience with Adept Flooring
The reviewer, Lucy Jones, had a frustrating experience with Adept Flooring. She hired them to install laminated flooring and a stair nose on May 7, 2018. Although Tony, the installer, completed part of the flooring, he did not finish the stair nose, citing lack of time. Despite agreeing to return on May 23, 2018, to complete the job, Tony failed to show up. Lucy contacted him several times, but he did not respond. She is extremely dissatisfied with the company and warns others not to use their services.
