- Affordability Assessment: We'll help you find out how much you can borrow with our affordability assessment. Simply fill out the form with your details, and one of our team members will give you a call. We'll require evidence of your affordability, so please ensure that the information you provide is accurate.
- Mortgage Advice: We offer mortgage advice tailored to your specific circumstances. Our fee is up to 1% of the amount borrowed but typically ranges from 395 to 495.
- Protection Consultancy: We can help you protect your home and family with our protection consultancy service. We'll work with you to find the right insurance policies for your needs.
- Working with Registered Providers and Lenders: We work in partnership with Shared Ownership specialists to get applicants through the buying process and into your properties faster. We're proud to collaborate with housing associations and lenders to help people become homeowners.
Meet the Team
Our team is at the heart of our service. We're a group of dedicated mortgage and protection consultants, client account managers, and operations managers who are committed to providing an exceptional service. Here are a few of our team members:
- Alannah Linnane, Mortgage & Protection Consultant: Alannah has worked in financial services since 2014 and is working towards her CeMap qualification. She lives in Kettering with her partner Brad, fluffy oversized cat Bronson, and parrot Rudy. Alannah enjoys music events, going to the gym, and cooking.
- Alex Greaves, Mortgage & Protection Consultant: Alex has been in the mortgage industry since 2011 but joined TMP in 2015. He has three kids who are the center of his life. Alex enjoys watching sports, cooking, and gardening.
- Arlene Upton, Operations Manager: Arlene has worked in financial services for many years and started out in the protection industry, where she gained her FPC qualifications. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Unreliable and Unprofessional Service
The reviewer, Andy M., had a horrific experience with TMP Sherwins, a mortgage advisory company. He contacted them for a quote, providing his financial details, but was shocked to receive a call from the agency he was planning to buy a house from, informing him that TMP had told them he couldn't get a mortgage and hence, the agency would no longer sell the house to him.
Breaches of Confidentiality and Illegal Behavior
Andy was appalled that TMP shared his private and confidential information with another business without his consent. He believes this to be illegal and is currently fighting to get the agency to agree to sell him the house by presenting them with alternative data that confirms his creditworthiness.
