- Rent as stated in the tenancy agreement
- Refundable tenancy deposit, capped at no more than five weeks' rent for annual rent below 50,000, or six weeks' rent for annual rent equal to or above 50,000
- Refundable holding deposit to reserve a property, capped at no more than one week's rent
- Changes to tenancies, capped at 50 inc VAT
- Early termination charge, which does not exceed the landlord's financial losses
- Utilities, communication services, TV license, and council tax - tenant responsibility
- Loss of keys, which will be charged at a reasonable cost to replace or at the tenant's expense to purchase keys

Unprofessional Service
