Our Services

Our services include asbestos surveys, asbestos management, and condition reviews of asbestos-containing materials.

Our asbestos surveys are designed to identify the presence of asbestos-containing materials in buildings, and we offer two types of surveys to suit different requirements. Our Management Survey is a non-intrusive survey that locates and identifies asbestos-containing materials that could be damaged or disturbed during the day-to-day use of the building. Our Refurbishment or Demolition Survey, on the other hand, is an intrusive survey that locates all asbestos-containing materials in the area where refurbishment work will be carried out or in the whole building if demolition is planned.

We also offer condition reviews of asbestos-containing materials to ensure compliance with The Control of Asbestos Regulations. Our experienced team will check the condition of identified materials at least annually to ensure they have not deteriorated or become damaged.

Expertise

Our team has extensive experience in conducting surveys in complex and varied sites, including international airports, large school sites, and hospitals. We also have considerable experience in conducting surveys in Listed Buildings, where professional knowledge of building structures is required. We employ advanced survey techniques, including the use of camera probes, where more intrusive methods are not appropriate.

Our reports are unique to our company, and we have written our own software to tailor our reports to our clients' needs. Our reports are clear, concise, and jargon-free, making it easy for our clients to understand the results of our surveys. We include easy-to-follow references, and risk assessments are colour-coded for added clarity. We even include 'look-alike' materials to avoid confusion at a later date.
